The Lewis Steel Building in Williamsburg

 Yesterday Bla made it to the rooftop brokers' barbecue at the new development Lewis Steel Building in Williamsburg, a former 1930's steel factory that's been transformed into 83 luxury apartments.

The building has a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. ~ “chichi”  and contemporary amenities are available to tenants  ~ a bocce ball court, a vegetable garden, rooftop cabanas and a bookstore at the building's ground-floor retail space ~ Just #awesome!

 

The ' just out" fine building looks extremely unique and modern, retaining some of the​ industrial spirit of it's past.  ~ LSB kept some original stuff, like: factory sized windows, original beams and original metal factory sliding doors ~  so #cool ~
