Perfect time to rent in New York City!

NYC's Rental Market is dropping - Its time to find a new and awesome place folks!! Over the last month, prices in the city decreased by 0.63%, and over the last year they decreased by 2.69%. Landlords are more open to negotiate a great deal  + paying  incentives to agents who can help you. Two bedroom's prices did increase a bit at the Lower East Side and Tribeca, where the large increase happened due the  low inventory in the areas. While, in the other hand, most neighborhoods in the city are facing changes and decrease in their rentals. Large changes were seen in Harlem this month. Studio doorman prices fell by 8.5% and one bedroom doorman prices fell by 9.7%
