Master Chef Facundo Kairuz enjoys bringing people together through the unique gastronomic experiences he passionately creates. 



After studying in Argentina, working many years in Uruguay, San Francisco and New York, he finally opens his first restaurant in Miami Beach: MESS located inside the Alexander Ocean Front Resort (mid beach). 

What a gastronomical experience!

The new spot, MESS is hot, well located and food is exceptional. With an emphasis on fresh, fragrant, flavorful, nutrient-rich ingredients their menu is full unique dishes, like their delicious YellowTail Crudo with Bell Pepper Salad and 16 OZ NY Strip Steak With Mash Potatoes and Chimichurri (pictures here). The aromas of fresh, from-scratch meals will touch your heart.
