The sellers were celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife Marine, who bought the land back in 2020 for around $30-40 million and transformed it into this masterpiece (originally listed at $200 million—major value glow-up!). Now Zuck and Priscilla own the keys to Miami’s hottest record-breaker. For us Miami locals, this is huge—more tech titans bringing innovation, glamour, and that star power to our city.
