On October 30th, we had the incredible honor of joining the Samadi Soul Ceremony at the stunning Faena Hotel Miami Beach, where the lush vibes of the Amazon met the electric pulse of South Beach. Right from the entrance, the magic hit us like a warm embrace. As a welcoming gesture embodying the Huni Kuin’s “Haux Haux” spirit—a profound philosophy of openness, reciprocity, and heart-centered living—we were invited to have our eyelids gently painted with urucum, the vibrant red annatto seed dye sacred to the tribe.
