This amazing Brazilian Rock duo, Sambulus performed for the first time in NYC this week! -  the brilliant couple special appearance @ Somethin' Jazz Club was part of a series of concerts to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Jimi Hendrix and the release of their new album 'Um Mais Um'.

In 2010 Luana Mariano & Caesar Barbosa combined their talents to honor the idol Hendrix - just one piano, her unbelievable female voice and guitar coming together to reverence some unique creations of the genius American master. Hendrix (born November 27, 1942 – September 18, 1970) was an American musician, singer and songwriter. Despite a limited mainstream exposure of four years, he is widely considered to have been the most influential electric guitarist in the history of popular music, and one of the most important musicians of the 20th century.

Luana & Caesar bring the Brazilian Tropical flavor to the songs they sing and deliver their own original tune to the public!
