Blá organic-healthy-week-moment: secrets of the peppermint oil for you xuxu!

Peppermint was widely used by the ancient Greeks and Romans, and may have been cultivated by the Egyptians. The term "mint" is from the Greek Mintha, a mythological nymph transformed into a plant by the goddess Persephone after she learned of her husband Pluto's love for her

Peppermint oil uses are quite vast!it has been known to help digestive problems, respiratory problems, headaches, nausea and fever. Peppermint Oil For Weight Loss
A recent study by Dr. Bryan Raudenbush clearly identifies the power of peppermint oil for reducing hunger, curbing cravings and aiding weight loss.
Dr. Raudenbush’s study measured food consumption for participants exposed to peppermint oil versus a control group not exposed to the oil.
The results revealed that those exposed consumed close to 3,000 calories fewer from saturated fat and sugar each week. This amounted to 23% fewer calories based on an 1,800 calorie daily diet for 7 days.
Peppermint oil can act like a miracle weight loss treatment, but it’s important to use true organic peppermint grown without chemical fertilizers and extracted by steam distillation.
