Colonia Verde at Fort Greene - Brooklyn

After repairing the damaged caused by a fire at their place few months ago, Colonia Verde  is back on track  and rock’n rolling their friends and family week in Brooklyn. BlaNYCPRGirl, Mirella Afonso visited the Latin American restaurant in Fort Greene and was really impressed by their menu and delicious drinks. Definitely worth the trip.

The drinks are extremely divine! Their head bartender Henry Koehler and managing owner Tamy Rofe, “explores the vastly uncharted and wonderful world of Latin American spirits and wines” to create the unique receipts. The menu is  literally 'to-die'for'!  I just loved their 'grilled orange' salad cool flavor and the Brazilian ' picanha' (served with melt-in-your-mouth sweet potato fries).  Doors will be open for the public next Tuesday, June 23rd.
