Brazilian Version of “33 Variations" pre-opening in Rio de Janeiro
The Brazilian version of “33 Variations,” written by Moisés Kaufman and directed by top Brazilian Icon Wolf Maya pre-opened its season last Saturday, January 23rd night at the Nathalia Timberg Theatre in Barra da Tijuca. BlaNYCPRGirls checked it out the drama before its official opening pos-carnaval next month.
The play takes its shape from Beethoven’s Diabelli Variations. Nathalia Timberleg plays a obsessed musicologist who has found out that she has a terminal disease and decide to travel to Germany to discover what inspired Beethoven to devote so much time to this specific piece. It's awesome! You must see it! 33 Variações na Barra da Tijuca Teatro Nathalia Timberleg
