Modern Italian Food at Buena Vista
I am passionate about great food and in love with this contemporary Italian restaurant I have just visited last week, P-A-L-A-T! Lamberti’s family restaurant is located at the upcoming neighborhood Buena Vista at the Art District in Miami and it’s menu features modern Italian-inspired tapas, homemade pasta, charcuterie and lots of seafood plates.
Executive Chef Pippo Lamberti who was the executive chef for the family’s Philadelphia restaurant, Positano Coast by Aldo Lamberti, for ten years, created Palat’s menu. He blends Miami local ingredients with the traditional Italian dishes. Foodies, like me, will appreciate the spectacular dishes and the great atmospehere the place offers. Live music, wood tables, colorful pillows and a beautiful patio.
Strongly recommend their salmon or steak carpaccio, the flavorsome seafood raw plate and the whole grilled branzino. Honestly, all the plates I tried were amazing and no doubt you will find a perfect dish to enjoy too. A must!
